On Thursday 5th March, Jon, Neil and I sold Increase CRM to Genesis Communications. It’s a great development, and I’m excited for Increase’s future. I’ve decided to try something a little different… more news soon, but I want to wish Genesis, and the team formerly known as Increase CRM my best wishes and best luck for a very prosperous 2009!
